| Job description | : Roles and Responsibilities:  You will be partly responsible for the supporting of our IT solutions in our offices  Based upon a thorough analysis you are able to find the link between the software and a specific problem/need of the end user  You will support and report before and after the implementation  Report/register through our Ecutech Helpdesk Tool  You vouch for the satisfaction of our end users (Ecu-offices) Desired Candidate’s Profile: Soft-skills  Strong, developed and analytical thinking  Strong communication skills  You are an active team player  You are willing to take initiatives and besides that you like to work independently and self-contained  Good listener  Strong planning and organizing skills  Flexibility is a must  Language knowledge: English, other languages are a plus Hard-skills  Work experience in Microsoft SQL server 2008 & 2012 & Crystal Reports 8 & 10 is must  Knowledge of Vb.Net is plus Interested candidates candidates can forward your resume to amrita@busisol.net |
