| Job description | : Position: Nurse Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or GNM course Preferred years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in following areas- · Must have worked as a family nurse · Must have worked in a blood bank. · Must have worked in a dispensary/OHC of large manufacturing Plant. Probable CTC Range: 3- 4 Lakhs per annum Work Location: Director’s Residence & Blood Bank (Both are in Hospet.) Language Preference: English, Hindi & Kannada Roles & Responsibilities: · To ensure medical wellness of Directors & their family members. · Responsible to promote a healthy organization & family environment · Shall be required to provide medical care to Directors & their family members · Shall be required to provide medical care to of employees across the group · To work under the supervision of a physician, coordinate and manage patients · To handle First Aid and Emergencies arising out of accident, sickness etc · To be part of health camps organized by CSR department in nearby villages. · Must be well versed in using various medical equipments. · should be well versed in medical terminology · Must partake in ensuring Pre-employment and periodical Medical Examinations for employees and contractors/ contract employees. · Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession · Any other job assigned by the management.
