| Job description | : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in following areas- · Practicing General Physician in Large manufacturing Plant. · Must have worked in a blood bank. Roles & Responsibilities: · To ensure medical wellness of Directors & their family members. · To ensure medical wellness of employees across the group. · Orientation of Industrial Health Centre. · To ensure good standard of medical care - preventive, curative and promotive · To ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain the required records. · To handle First Aid and Emergencies arising out of accident, sickness etc. · To be part of health camps organized by CSR department in nearby villages. · To network with Hospitals and Specialists for conducting periodical health camps. · Pre-employment and periodical Medical Examinations for employees and contractors/ contract employees. · Maintenance and Administration of Blood Bank & overview functioning of Occupational Health Center · Promoting Occupational Health and Hygiene. · To conduct periodic training programmes on First Aid, General health & hygiene. · Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession · Any other job assigned by the management.
