Job description | : Quality Manager/Ops specialist - TRM Chennai Location : OMR-Chennai(New Center Operations) CTC : Max 4.5 Lacs/Annum Experience : 4-5 yrs · Minimum Qualification – Graduation in any stream 4-5 year’s work experience in BPO Sales / Quality/Phone banking would be preferred. Thorough understanding of call center operations – outbound & inbound. · Skillset and experience of improving efficiency of the telecallers & telesales executives in a call center environment. · Good understanding of MIS and data handling. · Excellent communication skills. · Good Relationship Management & service focus skills. · Should have good knowledge of asset, liability and insurance products. · Excellent computer skills |
