Job description : Job position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts Department: Finance Reporting to: GM – Finance & Administration Employees that report to this position: 2 - 3 Location Head Office, Pune Salary 12 – 16 Lakh Age 30 to 40 Yrs Male / Female 1. Qualifications and Requirements: • Candidate must be a CA / ICWA / MBA Finance with 8 - 10 years of experience or M.Com with minimum 10-12 years post qualification experience possessing knowledge of SAP system Manufacturing Industry and should be able to independently handle the accounts up to Finalization. Qualified company secretory with similar work experience is preferable. • Should possess sharp communication skills and good personality and should be self motivated self responsible and result oriented. • The candidate should be a decision maker, an enthusiastic and aggressive co-ordination function. • Should be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) and should know the local language. 3. Detail Job Profile • General Accounting, Preparation of profit and Loss, Balance Sheet • Budgeting, Reporting, Costing, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Statutory compliances etc. • Profitability, variance analysis and providing explanations/suggestions to management • Preparing MIS reports on monthly basis within stipulated time • Monitoring ABG and PBG issuance for business requirement • Proven experience to interpret, analyse, discuss, present and negotiate Commercial Contracts with dealers, vendors, customers and others • Ability to understand and carry out Business case/Profitability analysis for Business transactions • Good Financial and Legal knowledge with ability to identify Risk areas in a business transaction/ Contract/RFQ/Tender document that can have financial implications. • Good working knowledge of general commercial concepts of Billing, Revenue Recognition, INCOTERMS etc. • Import-Export documentations and update on Exim policy • Fulfill Secretarial compliances within specified time limit • Experience on salary processing and conversant with payroll systems • Good Communication, coordination & inter personal skills
