Job description | : Specifications:  Job Title: Executive  Reporting to: Global Head – Sales  Location: Mumbai  Minimum Qualification: Graduate  Desired Qualification: MBA in Sales  Age: 25-30 years  Required experience range: 3-5 years  Targeted industry: Any, though Logistics industry preferred Summary / Purpose: This role is the go-to person for the Global Head Sales (GHS) for all support related to global sales operations management, communication, training and project management. Key responsibilities:  Organize and track projects on behalf of GHS by communicating with managers across various levels in the organization.  Assist with organizing of monthly, quarterly RSM Calls across the regions and take minutes/summaries from meetings  Update and manage Global Sales Tracker  Support the management of the Sales Performance Dashboard, assisting in the timely gathering of budget information from Country Managers  Create, update, and organize ad-hoc reports for GHS and other managers as requested.  Prepare PPT for all presentations as required.  Assist in organizing trainings, agendas, training materials and summaries for all sales trainings that are organized by GHS.  Coordinate with Corporate Sales Team to ensure projects are moving along as planned, give feedback to GHS of ways improve effectiveness and efficiencies of projects.  Assist with creation and maintenance of sales operating procedures and tool box items by regions  Provide administrative support to GHS in organizing meetings, appointments and other communication activities including their logistics Key skills & capabilities required:  Strong IT skills: Internet, E-mail, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM etc.  Strong analytical skills: to analyze data and create reports using multiple systems - slicer reports, CRM reports, and Panjiva.  Excellent communication skills (oral & written), ability to interact positively & confidently with global stakeholders  Self-motivated, resourceful, with sense of urgency and personal accountability |
