| Job description | : IT Manager - Application Support (Business Ops & Application Support Team) Job Description • Managing the business application from an operational perspective to ensure no business disruption. • Hands-on application development & support experience • Understand the entire business model and associated requirements. • Perform impact analysis • Undertake change management activities • Undertake product/ application upgrade • Product evaluation from technical perspective • Provide application support to business users • Analyse issues and provide solutions. • Interact and manage IT support • Effective communication skills • 8-10 years of experience performing development & support role • Should have been a part of at least 3 major development projects & managed L2 and L3 support • Experience in the combination of below mentioned skills: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports (Knowledge of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Design) Knowledge of IIS is a must, Knowledge on Restful APIs Experience in AngularJS, HTML, CSS (good to have) • Experience in ERP or bespoke solution implementation (Good to have) • Must have handled coordination with IT vendors • Excellent communication and documentatiDon skills • Strong analytical skills and solution orientation |
