Job description : Business development and retention of designated key accounts customers. Years of experience : 8 to 10 years The incumbent should be a self starter with good analytical skills; need to be result oriented and relationship savvy. He/ she should be a team player with excellent negotiation as well as communication skill. Responsibilities : üIdentifying Clients to be categorised as Key Account (Local, Regional, National & Global Account) – consequently setting up & defining parameters for the selection. üEnsure all activities directed towards service excellence and also those which augment the mutual business interests favourably. üRegular visits along with periodically reviewing the SOP/ process to achieve high service standards. üIs expected to bring in deep selling and cross selling opportunities with existing accounts. üKeep a track of the traffic behaviour of the clients’ business and be alert to any new business opportunity as also aware of competitor penetration into any realm of the clients’ business. üTo increase footprint of Company by generating additional business.
