Job description : Position : Senior Manager - Sales Function : Sales Location : India + Mumbai  Reporting Solid line –Branch Manager.  Reporting Dotted line –Commercial Head.  Reporting team –SC and Sales.  Key internal/external interfaces– SC, Bookings, Trade, Corporate, Branch Manager, Customers.  Coordination with trade for allocation on all vessels  Weekly Sales meeting team and 1-1 meeting with the AO and SC and participating in Sc team meeting  Meeting customers with the sales team and alone  Freight quotation to the customer and internal replies.  Resolving external or internal dispure in an unbiased manner.  Generation of export lead from the other end.  Setting the KPI and overlooking if the same is adhered.  Ensuring that the accurate projections against each vessel are going on time.  Aligning rates with vizaviz competition • Market Coverage as per the defined customer list. • Maintain and Update of the Customer Database - IFF, BCO, Local Fowarders, Trader, Broker. • Addition to the existing database- Minimum 10 % New customer should be added every month in the portfolio. • Addition to the support list of the new customer • Weekly market Report • Monitor weekly Sales Performance of AO vs Target • Interdepartmental meeting with CS and other departments • Credit Control • Optimization of the Revenue to the Line • Ensuring timely collections of payments from customers • Monitoring collections of Export Detention and Waivers granted • Customer Portfolio Updation in CRM • Record Sales Pre Plan / post plan activity in CRM • Minimum 40 Sales Visit / Month ( both Export and Import ) • Develop FOB customer Base - Target 5 New FOB customer / month • Send FOB lead for the specific account and close the file within one month with YES/ NO conclusions. Conducting weekly Sales Meeting. Handling Customers rate Queries /disputes/issues. Update Back-up on daily basis on rates offered to CS so they can filed rates. Ability to promote Export and Import Sales. Education – Graduate. Language – English and Hindi/Marathi. Experience -8 years. Good Communication skills CTC : between 14 Lacs to 20 Lacs.
