Job description : Job Description: Consolidation ➢ Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Group and its subsidiaries. ➢ Responsible for all the consolidation accounting adjustments at group level. ➢ Timely preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements of the group on quarterly and annual basis with detailed disclosures and notes to consolidated financials under IFRS. ➢ Responsible for Verification of reporting adjustments, developing and ensuring correct application of the Group Accounting Policies. ➢ Accounting of Elimination entries at consolidated level need based ➢ Accounting for quarterly balance sheet reclass for correct presentation and disclosure ➢ Checkingwithcountryfinanceteamforaccountingofallexpensesincurredandprovisioning ➢ Inventory analysis and valuation of closing stock based on group accounting policy. ➢ Performing sub-consolidation wherever there is sub-subsidiaries structure. ➢ Updating of MMR tracker on daily basis and report the same to consolidation team. Audit ➢ Preparation of annual consolidated accounts (under IFRS) and Coordination with the Auditors for annual Audit Procedure of internal and external audit works (interim reviews and annual audit) of the Group. ➢ Responsible for handling of audit of the consolidated and standalone financial statements of Group and various subsidiaries.
