| Job description | : ● Drive new business acquisition across air freight, ocean freight, LCL, and door-to-door solutions. ● Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships. ● Achieve monthly revenue and volume targets as set by the Sales Head. ● Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management. ● Ensure timely collections and adherence to DSO standards ● Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred). ● 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development within international logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding ● Strong knowledge of Gujarat’s logistics ecosystem (ICDs, ports, airports, and industrial hubs). ● Basic understanding of import/export documentation and trade lanes. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. |
