Job description	: • Compliance of GST including periodic returns as per GST timelines. • Finalization of Accounts upto preparation of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet. • Handling all Direct Tax matters including FEMA Regulations. • Interface with Auditors and Clarifying audit queries. • Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly cash flow statements. • Budgeting & Collections. • Dealing with Banks. • Preparation of MIS Reports as per Management requirements. • Handling of ROC matters.
