Job description	: • Establishing and developing/managing relationship with Clients and providing excellent customer service. • Candidate must be able to develop strong business relationship within all levels of the Client’s company and with existing and potential clients. • To provide quotes to Client as well as negotiate with Shippers. To influence Clients to take steps that confers maximum benefits to the company. • Take ownership of Client’s issues and follow through till resolution. Convey company’s solutions to Client as well as provide customer support. • Responsible for handling Domestic as well as International Trade Exhibitions/Shows. Activity includes providing quotations , follow-up, preparing Load Sheet (Summary sheet), Insurance Request Forms and upload into the Company’s website. Draft bills for invoice generation for exhibitions/shows and arrange to send final bills to exhibitors.
